We can help you remotely anywhere in the world. You call us first and then you will be directed to click on the help button. This will enable us to install software on your computer, update your programs or train you in a variety of programs.

Steps to Remote Help

1. Call Us
2. Click on the Icon after we have directed you to, and you will see a window that looks like this:

Click the run button and follow the instructions.

3. Do not use your computer while we fix your problems
4. We will disconnect when we are finished
